Cancellation Policy

A $29 deposit is required for all appointments. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service. The deposit is non-refundable, however if the appointment is cancelled at least 72 hours prior, then the deposit will be kept on file as a credit. If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to the appointment, the deposit will be lost. There is a 10 minute grace-period for late arrivals. After which your appointment slot may be given away, or design ideas/elements may need to be compromised. There may or may not be another nail tech available. Things to note: - All sets include 1 gel colour. There will be an additional cost for any further design elements. - Expect an extra 1-2.5 hours for design sets - We suggest not to book within a tight schedule, appointment duration is not guaranteed and designs will not be rushed ❣.
